I have developed a very deep skill set over a long and successful career. I am a National Housing Code Certified Master Inspector, the only one in Northern California. My skill set is wide and my knowledge base is deep. I am also Nationally Certified and approved by two additional companies. I’m very responsive and professional through all phases of the home inspection. My clients benefit directly from my knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of their property when I’m done.

Your timelines can very quickly become my timelines. Saturday or Sunday inspections are considered standard business hours, no extra fee. You will receive an easy to read, completed report typically the same evening of the inspection. You don't have to wait days like with most inspectors.
